Refund policy

Eligible items* purchased directly from Crooked Co. may be returned or exchanged within 45 days of purchase delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original conditions with all original tags attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before being approved and processed. An order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

You will not be able to cancel your order if it is fulfilled which is usually within 24 hours of purchase.
